Purpose:
For the production of distillates of wine brandy, brandy, whiskey, rum, raw spirits of continuous operation.
Types – single-column ( type DK-1 and DK-2 ) and two-column – SK.
DK-1 - single-column system with partial separation of impurities.
DK-2 - single-column installation with a high degree of purification of distillate fraction (epyuratsiya), which enhances the quality of distillate. For this purpose the column to provide additional epyuratsionen sector.
SK - two-column system to produce a distillate with high alcohol content drinks or as raw material (crude alcohol) for producing purified ethanol (alcohol) in unbundling estero-aldehyde fraction.
Characteristics:
Raw material - wine materials, maish grain, molasses, malt and cane fermented mash, pique, passion fruit pastes and other alcoholic suspensions.
Throughput material - from 14,000 to 200,000 liters per 24 hours
Alcohol content of distillate - 55-80% vol. (CC-1 and CC-2), 65-90% vol. (KS)
Separation of firstflow fraction - 1.0 to 2.0% (for CC-2 and CK)
The distillate yield - 96-97%
Work in continuous mode under atmospheric pressure
Heating - saturated steam 3-4 bar
Type of trays - kalpachkovi, valve.
Material of construction - copper Cu 99.99 and stainless steel AISI 304
Insulation - wool and decorative stainless steel.
Standard execution system, heat recovery, control meters, pump material, reduce valve for steam pressure .
Additional equipment - automation system, computer system for visualization, management and control fractions vessels, steam and water valves.
